1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout the document:

• "Platform" means the ph679 online gaming website accessible at ph679.cam, including all associated mobile web applications, progressive web applications (PWA), content, features, tools, and services offered thereon.
• "Account" means the individual registered account created by a Player on the ph679 Platform, through which access to games and financial transactions are conducted.
• "Real Money Balance" means the Philippine Peso (PHP) funds deposited by a Player into their ph679 Account, net of any bets placed and adjusted by any winnings credited.
• "Bonus Balance" means any promotional credits, bonus funds, free bet credits, or cashback amounts credited to a Player's Account by ph679 subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a Player must wager using bonus funds before those funds become eligible for withdrawal, as specified in the relevant promotion's terms.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by ph679 before processing withdrawals or at any time ph679 deems necessary for compliance purposes.
• "GCash" and "PayMaya" mean the Philippine mobile wallet payment services operated by GCash/Mynt and Maya Bank, Inc., respectively, which ph679 accepts as deposit and withdrawal methods.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region from which access to ph679 is restricted due to legal, regulatory, or compliance reasons, as determined by ph679 in its sole discretion.
• "Intellectual Property" means all trademarks, logos, trade names, game designs, software, source code, graphics, text, and any other proprietary materials owned by or licensed to ph679.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the ph679 Platform, registering an Account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any feature of the Platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, as amended from time to time.

These Terms are effective from the date of your first use of the Platform and continue in force until your Account is closed, whether by you or by ph679. Certain provisions of these Terms, including those relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law, survive termination of your Account.

If you are accessing the ph679 Platform on behalf of a third party, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that party to these Terms and that they meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 3.

3 Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an Account with ph679 and to use any real-money gaming features of the Platform. This age threshold is set in accordance with Philippine online gaming regulations governing casino-style gambling. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older.

ph679 implements strict age verification procedures. Prior to the processing of any withdrawal, and at any time ph679 deems appropriate, you may be required to provide a valid Philippine government-issued identification document confirming your date of birth. Acceptable documents include a Philippine National ID, passport, driver's license, SSS ID, GSIS ID, or any other government-issued ID bearing a photograph and date of birth.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each individual natural person is permitted to hold only one (1) active Account on the ph679 Platform. Registering multiple accounts — whether in your own name, using alternate names, or using the identity of other persons — is strictly prohibited. ph679 employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are found, all accounts except the earliest-registered Account may be permanently closed and any bonuses or winnings derived from duplicate accounts forfeited.

3.3 Accurate Registration Information

When registering your ph679 Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information, including your legal full name, date of birth, registered Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You are obligated to promptly update your Account details if any information changes. ph679 is not liable for any loss arising from inaccurate registration information provided by you.

3.4 Jurisdictional Eligibility

The ph679 Platform is intended for players physically located in the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using ph679 is lawful in your location. ph679 does not represent that the Platform is legally accessible from all jurisdictions. If you access the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction, your Account may be closed without notice.

4 Account Management

4.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your ph679 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. ph679 will never ask for your password via live chat, email, or SMS. Any suspicious communication requesting your password should be reported to ph679 support immediately.

You are responsible for all activity conducted through your Account, including all bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify ph679 support immediately via live chat or email.

4.2 Account Verification (KYC)

ph679 reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any Account holder at any time, including but not limited to: a government-issued photo ID, proof of residential address in the Philippines (such as a utility bill or bank statement issued within the last three months), and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits.

Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within the stipulated timeframe will result in the temporary suspension of withdrawal access until verification is completed. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within thirty (30) days of a formal request may be permanently closed, with deposited funds returned to the originating payment method.

4.3 Account Closure

You may request the closure of your ph679 Account at any time by contacting ph679 support via live chat. Any Real Money Balance remaining in your Account at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements and withdrawal processing times. Bonus Balances that have not met wagering requirements at the time of Account closure will be forfeited.

ph679 reserves the right to close or suspend any Account at its sole discretion without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or where required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ph679 currently accepts the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) online banking, Banco de Oro (BDO) online banking, and Metrobank Direct. ph679 does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts — all payment methods must be registered in your own name and match your verified ph679 Account information.

5.2 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on ph679 is one hundred Philippine Pesos (₱100). Maximum deposit limits are displayed in the Cashier section of your Account and may vary by payment method and Account tier. Deposits are credited to your ph679 Real Money Balance in real time upon successful processing by the relevant payment provider. ph679 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

5.3 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount on ph679 is two hundred Philippine Pesos (₱200). Withdrawal requests are processed by ph679 within thirty (30) minutes for GCash and PayMaya, and within one (1) to three (3) Philippine business days for bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. ph679 does not charge withdrawal fees on any payment method.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used to make a deposit into your ph679 Account. Where a player has used multiple payment methods, the withdrawal will be allocated proportionally to the depositing methods, or to the most recently used method at ph679's discretion.

ph679 reserves the right to require completion of KYC verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP) only. ph679 is not responsible for any currency conversion fees applied by your payment provider.

5.4 Anti-Money Laundering

ph679 is committed to compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws and regulations. ph679 may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, delay or suspend any deposit or withdrawal transaction for the purpose of conducting enhanced due diligence. Players are required to cooperate fully with any AML-related requests for information or documentation. Failure to cooperate may result in Account suspension and reporting to the relevant Philippine regulatory authorities.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by ph679 are subject to the specific terms and conditions published on the relevant promotion page, in addition to these General Terms. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these General Terms, the promotion-specific terms will prevail.

Bonus funds are credited to your Bonus Balance and are separate from your Real Money Balance. When your Account holds both a Real Money Balance and a Bonus Balance, bets are deducted from your Real Money Balance first, unless the promotion specifies otherwise. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Each bonus offered by ph679 carries a specified wagering requirement, expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 20x). For example, a ₱500 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement requires ₱10,000 in total wagers before the bonus funds become withdrawable. Wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified in the promotion; bonus funds that expire before the requirement is met are forfeited.

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, slots, and other game categories may contribute at different rates, as specified in the relevant promotion terms. Bets placed on Tied or Voided outcomes do not count toward wagering requirements.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

ph679 actively monitors accounts for signs of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, exploiting bet-hedging strategies across accounts, systematically placing low-risk bets solely to meet wagering requirements without genuine gaming intent, and using third-party software to gain unfair advantage. Where bonus abuse is detected, ph679 reserves the right to cancel all bonus balances, forfeit winnings derived from abuse, and permanently close the offending Account without prior notice.

7 Gameplay Rules

All games available on the ph679 Platform are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game's interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game before placing real-money bets.

The outcome of all games on the ph679 Platform is determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software or, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical outcome of the dealt cards, spun roulette wheel, or other live game mechanism, as applicable. ph679 does not manipulate game outcomes.

In the event of a technical error or malfunction during gameplay — including but not limited to platform outages, disconnections, or display errors — ph679 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return the wagered amounts to your Real Money Balance. ph679 shall not be liable for any winnings that would have accrued from a bet affected by a technical malfunction.

All bets placed on the ph679 Platform are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after placement, except in cases where the underlying event or game has been cancelled or voided by ph679 in accordance with its standard policies.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ph679 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant Philippine authorities:

• Registering an Account if you are under 21 years of age or on behalf of a person under 21 years of age;
• Registering more than one Account per individual natural person;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using another person's identity or payment method without their knowledge and consent;
• Accessing the Platform using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool not expressly authorized by ph679;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, including in live dealer poker or other multiplayer environments;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or mathematical errors in games in a manner not intended by the game design;
• Using the Platform to engage in any activity that violates applicable Philippine laws, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of any software used by the ph679 Platform;
• Using a VPN or proxy server for the purpose of circumventing jurisdictional access restrictions.

9 Responsible Gaming

ph679 is committed to the highest standards of responsible gaming. We recognise that gambling, while an enjoyable form of entertainment for most players, can become a problem for some individuals. ph679 actively supports responsible gaming through the tools and resources described below.

9.1 Responsible Gaming Tools

All ph679 players have access to the following responsible gaming tools through their Account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can deposit into your ph679 Account. Limits take effect immediately when decreased and require a 24-hour cooling-off period when increased.
• Loss Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on net gaming losses. When your loss limit is reached, you will not be able to place further real-money bets until the limit period resets.
• Session Time Alerts: Set reminders that notify you when you have been actively playing for a specified period of time.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Request a temporary suspension of your Account for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days). During a cooling-off period, you cannot log in or place bets. Cooling-off periods cannot be shortened once activated.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a permanent or long-term exclusion from the ph679 Platform. Self-exclusion periods range from six (6) months to permanent. Self-exclusion is processed immediately. Permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed. Players under self-exclusion are removed from all ph679 marketing communications with immediate effect.

ph679 encourages any player who feels that their gambling may be causing harm to use these tools immediately and to seek independent support from qualified organisations.

10 Intellectual Property

All content available on the ph679 Platform — including but not limited to the ph679 name, logo, trademarks, website design, game graphics, software interfaces, promotional materials, and all textual content — is the exclusive intellectual property of ph679 or its licensors and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ph679 Platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works of any ph679 Intellectual Property without the prior written consent of ph679.

Any unauthorised use of ph679's Intellectual Property may constitute trademark infringement, copyright infringement, or other violations of applicable law, for which ph679 reserves all legal remedies.

11 Privacy & Data

ph679's collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal data is governed by the ph679 Privacy Policy, available at ph679.cam/privacy-policy. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into and forms part of these Terms by reference.

By registering a ph679 Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of account management, payment processing, KYC verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming, and where required, regulatory reporting.

ph679 processes personal data in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph679 shall not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the ph679 Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of gaming winnings due to technical malfunction, or loss arising from your reliance on any content published on the Platform.

ph679's total aggregate liability to you for any direct damages arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the Real Money Balance held in your Account at the time the claim arises.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude ph679's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by ph679's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by applicable Philippine law.

The ph679 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ph679 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access the Platform at your own risk.

13 Amendments to Terms

ph679 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time and at its sole discretion. Material changes to the Terms will be communicated to registered players via email or in-platform notification at least fourteen (14) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required for legal, regulatory, or security reasons.

Your continued use of the ph679 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 4.3. The most current version of these Terms will always be published at ph679.cam/terms-conditions.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of a dispute between you and ph679, you are encouraged to contact ph679 customer support in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. ph679 will make every reasonable effort to resolve disputes amicably and within a reasonable timeframe.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit the dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent interlocutory or injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
